BISSELL Oxy Clean + Refresh with Febreze Original Gain Scent Formula works in all BISSELL upright carpet cleaners to remove deep down dirt and odors from carpet, area rugs, upholstery, and similar soft surfaces. It’s formulated with Febreze and original Gain scents to extend freshness long after you deep clean. We left out the heavy metals, phosphates and dyes and only used biodegradable detergents, so it’s an earth friendly formula that’s safe to use around kids and pets when used as directed.
