lightweight
It's so easy to use. The kids primarily do the chores around the house and between this model and a purple stick model, they chose this one because it is lightweight when vacuuming the stairs. I was surprised since the stick model is so much smaller. Glad we have the hair shredding type because for my entire lifetime of vacuuming I always dreaded needing to untangle the hair from the brush. When I was ab adolescent, my parents purchased the door-to-door sales vacuum set and with its lofty price of $1500 because of all its accessories, it was such a pain when I needed to yank the hairs from the brushroll. So loving technological advances and vacuuming is a breeze. With practically 80% of our 4700 sq.ft. house covered in carpet and 6 females occupying the home, a hair shredding brushroll is an absolute must! i definitely recommend this vacuum.marist8r
